Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the storefront, hosted payment flow, seller tools, and buyer order retrieval features.
1. Marketplace Use
By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate purchase information, follow applicable laws, and avoid any activity that disrupts the marketplace, payment flow, or seller operations.
2. Listings And Availability
Listings are subject to change, removal, or reservation. An account is not considered delivered until the related payment session is successfully confirmed and the order is completed.
3. Payments
The platform uses a hosted crypto checkout flow. Pending, expired, failed, or canceled payment sessions do not unlock credentials. Payment status is determined by the payment provider and marketplace verification logic.
4. Order Access
Buyers are responsible for keeping their access code and buyer email secure. The order lookup flow is the primary mechanism for reopening completed purchases and requesting Steam Guard codes when available.
5. Support Scope
Support can assist with order lookup, payment-state guidance, code retrieval workflow, seller questions, and platform issues. Support does not guarantee a specific response window unless stated separately in writing.
6. Seller Standards
Sellers must maintain accurate listing data, valid linked mailbox access, and compliant marketplace behavior. The platform may suspend listings or seller access when abuse, fraud risk, or operational issues are detected.
7. Enforcement
We may limit or terminate access to buyer, seller, or admin-facing services when misuse, fraud, harassment, unauthorized automation, or security abuse is detected.
